Eric Johnson, Hialeah Firefighter Speaks With Media

October 26, 2012

By: Concerned Floridians

“Eric Johnson, City of Hialeah firefighter, and fellow Public Employee has been suspended for speaking to the media while off duty.  This information needs to go nationwide in hopes that our 1st Amendment constitutional rights are preserved. Some will say that Public Employees are held to a higher standard, but last checked there were not two sets of constitutions. Millions of lives have been sacrificed in the name of Democracy and every citizen should be in arms over Municipalities, Counties and States that try and remove these rights.” –  Concerned Floridians

FREE SPEECH IS FREE EVERYWHERE BUT HIALEAH:

Hialeah fireman initiated absentee ballot probe seeks whistleblower protection and FEDERAL INVOLVEMENT!

I get it:

The Mayor is upset!! And will now try to defame him.

Why you ask?

Maybe it was because It was reported he invested into a Ponzi scheme.

Maybe because it was reported that he did not pay taxes on the loans.

Maybe it was when he threatened to fire 40% of the Hialeah Fire Department if they did not sign a contract.

Maybe it was because he fired 23 firefighters over contractual issues.

Maybe it was when citizens were telling us his bolletera (Absentee Ballot brokers) already picked up their ballots.

Maybe it was when it was exposed the City illegally took 10 plus million dollars from the employees. After losing in courts of law 3 times they still refuse to pay it back.

Maybe because of cronyism, unfair and unequal application of laws.

Maybe because of VIDEO’S where the city is called on its corruption and lies.
