Florida Public Employees

Anybody wish to start a company with me to develop the new FCAT? From what I heard, no prior experience is needed. A major campaign donation to Gov. Scott or Jeb Bush may be required, but no standardized norms, reliability or validity testing is needed. Who can beat that?
And to top it off, the nonprofit Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) can’t even compete because that would be too logical. Its test aligns completely with what the Common Core curriculum teaches and is free!
Oh, those poor teachers, students and schools that will have their jobs, grades and even funding dependent on this new FCAT replacement. Well, I guess reality must have hit me in the head again. I work in an insane state called Florida.
