Dismal future for Hispanic students
Education policies present obstacles to achieving the American Dream for ESOL students. Topics include  school report card grades, evaluation of ESOL students, current status on FCAT of secondary ESOL students, likely impact of Common Core, state plans to reduce Endorsement requirements for ESOL and Reading, need for more Dual Language/Bilingual/Heritage programs, Adult ESOL and GED policies, and an appeal to state  officials to change course.]
